**1. Reservation and Payment**
- Reservations for our holiday cottages can be made online through our website or by phone.
- A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
**2. Cancellation**
- Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email or letter).
- For cancellations more than 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded minus an administrative fee of €50.
- For cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date.
**3. Security Deposit**
- A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival and will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage is found.
**4. Check-In and Check-Out**
- Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out must be done by 10:00 AM.
- Late check-out may incur additional charges.
**5. Use of the Cottage**
- The tenant agrees to use the rented premises responsibly and to respect the neighbors and house rules.
- Parties and events are not allowed without prior consent from the owners.
**6. Occupancy Capacity**
- The number of people staying in the cottage must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated at the time of booking.
**7. Pets**
- Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from the owners.
**8. Cleaning**
- The cottage must be returned in the clean condition it was found.
- A cleaning service is available for an additional fee and must be requested at the time of booking.
**9. Liability**
- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the tenants' stay, nor for the loss or damage of their personal belongings.
**10. Disputes**
- In case of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before considering any legal action.
- Any disputes regarding the execution or interpretation of these general conditions will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in the Brittany region.
